Sorry, I just have to say, I'm a proud member of a local sorority, and although we've only been around for 6 years now, we DEFINITELY do not lack ritual, sisterhood, common bonds, parties or boys. We have amazing founding mothers who decided that our University did not have the kind of sorority they wanted to be part of on campus, so they decided to create their own. I am extremely proud of my founding mothers and I believe that they would agree with me when I say local sororities do not lack anything a "normal" sorority has. Our only difference simply, is we do not have any more chapters... but not for long. :)
I don’t know anything about local sororities, but I definitely don’t have anything against them, so if it makes you happy, that’s great!

If you are offended by my posts, do not read them. I am in a social sorority and partying is undeniably a large part of it. You cannot be an active member of my chapter with a 2.0 GPA, but I am sorry you assume my posts represent someone you consider to be dumb. And for future reference, if you don’t like saying stuff like this to people, do yourself a favor and don’t. It’s tumblr. You’re taking it far too seriously. If you don’t like something, don’t look at it.
